BLE Advertising
BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) advertising is a process where a device periodically broadcasts small packets of data to nearby devices without establishing a full connection. These broadcasts, called advertisements, contain useful information such as device identity or sensor data, enabling other devices to detect and decide whether to connect or interact further. This method allows for energy-efficient, quick discovery of devices in the environment, commonly used in wearables, beacons, and IoT applications. Essentially, it's a way for devices to "announce" their presence and basic info wirelessly, promoting seamless, low-power communication.
