The Blackfoot Nation, also known as the Siksikáȧitapi or Blood Tribe, is a Native American group primarily located in Montana and Alberta. They are part of the larger Blackfoot Confederacy, along with the Piedmont and Kainai nations. Historically, the Blackfoot were nomadic buffalo hunters, significant in the Plains culture.
