Black Sam Bellamy was a famous early 18th-century English pirate known for his daring maritime exploits during the Golden Age of Piracy. Operating mainly in the Caribbean and Atlantic, he was considered one of the most successful and charismatic pirates of his time. Bellamy was known for his leadership, fairness, and forming alliances with other pirates. His most famous ship was the Whydah, which he captured and used as his flagship.
