Birds Australia (former name)

Birds Australia was a nonprofit organization dedicated to the study, conservation, and appreciation of Australian birdlife. It supported research, habitat protection, and public education about native bird species. In 2012, Birds Australia merged with the Royal Australasian Ornithologists Union to form BirdLife Australia, which continues its mission to protect Australia's diverse bird populations and promote responsible birdwatching and conservation efforts nationwide.
