Biorhythm

Biorhythms are cycles within our bodies that are believed to influence physical, emotional, and intellectual functions. These cycles are thought to oscillate predictably over specific periods—typically about 23 days for physical, 28 days for emotional, and 33 days for intellectual. According to this theory, a person’s daily abilities and mood fluctuate depending on where they are in these cycles, with peaks indicating optimal performance and troughs suggesting potential challenges. While some find biorhythm charts interesting, scientific evidence supporting their accuracy is limited. They serve more as a framework for understanding natural rhythms than definitive predictions.
