Biolayer Interferometry (BLI)

Biolayer Interferometry (BLI) is an analytical technique used to measure how molecules interact or bind with each other in real time. It works by shining light onto a biosensor tip that has a molecule attached to it. When another molecule binds to that attached molecule, it causes a change in the way light reflects from the sensor. This change can be measured precisely, allowing scientists to observe the binding process and determine how strong and fast the interaction is.
