Big Ten

The Big Ten is a group of 14 universities primarily located in the Midwest and Northeast of the United States. They compete against each other in college sports, especially football and basketball, within the NCAA. Originally founded in 1896 as a conference of ten schools, it has expanded over time. The name “Big Ten” remains for tradition, even with more members.
