Big Five Inventory

The Big Five Inventory is a psychological tool used to assess personality traits based on five key dimensions: openness (creativity and willingness to explore), conscientiousness (organization and dependability), extraversion (sociability and energy), agreeableness (compassion and cooperativeness), and neuroticism (emotional stability and anxiety). By evaluating where an individual falls on each of these dimensions, the inventory provides insights into their behavior, interpersonal tendencies, and overall personality. It’s widely used in research, counseling, and organizational settings to understand how personality affects a person's interactions and decisions.
