Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada is a nonprofit organization that pairs adult volunteers ("Bigs") with children and youth ("Littles") to build mentoring relationships. Its goal is to support young people's development by providing positive role models, guidance, and encouragement, helping them reach their full potential.
