Bhaskara

Bhaskara was an ancient Indian mathematician and astronomer who made significant contributions to algebra and quadratic equations. He developed formulas, known as Bhaskara's formulas or the quadratic formula, to find solutions to equations of the form ax² + bx + c = 0. These formulas help determine the values of x that satisfy such equations. Bhaskara’s work laid important groundwork for algebraic methods used today and also included advancements in astronomy, making him a key figure in the history of mathematics. His ideas are still taught and used in problem-solving across the world.
