Besti Flokkurinn (Best Party)

Besti Flokkurinn, or the Best Party, was an Icelandic political movement founded in 2009 by comedian Jón Gnarr. Despite its humorous origins, the party gained real political influence, winning seats in the Reykjavik city council and forming a local government.
