Berne

Berne, often referring to Eric Berne, was a psychiatrist who developed Transactional Analysis, a psychological theory exploring how people communicate and relate to each other. He identified three "ego states"—Parent, Adult, and Child—that influence our behaviors and interactions. Berne's work helps explain patterns in relationships, decision-making, and communication, providing insight into understanding oneself and others better.
