Berkeley's Idealism
Berkeley’s Idealism is the philosophical view that only minds and their perceptions exist; physical objects don’t exist independently outside of perception. In this view, what we call the material world is just a collection of ideas or perceptions held in mind. Berkeley argued that objects continue to exist because they are constantly perceived by God, ensuring their persistence even when no human is looking. Essentially, reality is made up of minds and the ideas within them, rather than inert, independent matter.
