Bennett's Hierarchy

Bennett’s Hierarchy is a framework for assessing training programs based on how well they lead to lasting changes in behavior and performance. It has six levels: 1. Reaction—participants' initial feelings about the training; 2. Learning—what knowledge or skills they gained; 3. Application—how they apply what they learned back on the job; 4. Impact—results achieved (like improved productivity); 5. Return on Investment (ROI)—financial benefits compared to costs; 6. Value—overall contribution to organizational goals. The higher the level achieved, the more effective the training is considered.
