The Belgian Heavy Draft is a large, powerful breed of draft horse originating from Belgium. Bred primarily for heavy agricultural work, logging, and hauling, these horses are valued for their stamina, gentle temperament, and ability to perform demanding tasks. Their distinctive appearance includes a broad chest, strong legs, and often a solid or piebald (black and white) coat.
