Beck's Law
Beck's Law describes the relationship between the concentration of a substance (such as a drug or a chemical) in the blood and its effect on the body. It states that the effect increases proportionally with the concentration, but only up to a point where it saturates or levels off. Essentially, as the amount of the substance rises, the effect becomes stronger until a maximum is reached, beyond which additional increases do not produce further effects. This concept helps in understanding dosage and response, ensuring safe and effective levels are maintained without exceeding the body's capacity to respond.
