Bears (Brown)
Brown bears are large, powerful mammals native to North America, Europe, and Asia. They have thick fur, a prominent muscular build, and a distinctive hump on their shoulders. Brown bears are omnivorous, feeding on plants, berries, insects, and small to medium-sized animals, including fish like salmon. Generally solitary, they prefer forests and mountainous regions, and their behavior varies with seasons—bathing in rivers during salmon runs or denning during winter hibernation. They play an important ecological role by maintaining healthy ecosystems, and while they can be dangerous if threatened, they usually avoid human contact.
