BBT (Bhaktivedanta Book Trust)
The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (BBT) is a non-profit organization established in 1972 by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the founder of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). Its primary purpose is the publication, distribution, and preservation of spiritual literature, especially the teachings of Krishna consciousness. BBT publishes and distributes books, notably the original English editions of Prabhupada’s translations of ancient Hindu scriptures, such as the Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam. It aims to share these texts globally to promote spiritual understanding, devotion, and the principles of bhakti yoga.
