Battlecruisers

Battlecruisers are large naval warships developed in the early 20th century, designed to combine the firepower of battleships with greater speed and maneuverability. They feature heavy guns similar to battleships but are built with lighter armor, allowing them to move faster across the sea. This trade-off meant they could quickly attack or flank enemies but could also be more vulnerable to damage. Historically, battlecruisers played significant roles in naval battles such as World War I, serving as powerful, fast ships intended for fleet engagements and scouting.
