The Battle of Otumba, fought in 1520 during the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire, was a pivotal encounter near the town of Otumba in Mexico. After the Aztec emperor Montezuma was captured, the Aztec warriors attempted to stop the Spaniards' retreat, leading to a fierce fight.
