Barovia is a fictional, gloomy region from the Dungeons & Dragons universe, specifically within the Ravenloft setting. It’s a dark, isolated valley surrounded by mist-shrouded mountains, effectively cut off from the outside world. The land is plagued by undead creatures, malevolent vampires, and other supernatural entities, with Strahd von Zarovich as its dark ruler.
