Bantu people
The Bantu people are a large and diverse group of over 500 different ethnic groups primarily found in sub-Saharan Africa. They speak Bantu languages, which are part of the larger Niger-Congo language family. Historically, the Bantu are known for their agricultural practices, ironworking, and complex societies. Around 3,000 years ago, they began a significant migration across Africa, spreading their languages and cultures. Today, Bantu communities are prominent in countries like Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa, contributing richly to the continent's cultural heritage and socio-economic development.
