Bandura (Self-Efficacy)
Albert Bandura's concept of self-efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to successfully accomplish tasks and overcome challenges. This belief influences motivation, behavior, and resilience. When people feel confident in their skills, they are more likely to take on difficult tasks, persist in the face of setbacks, and ultimately achieve their goals. Self-efficacy is shaped by personal experiences, observations of others, and encouragement from peers. Essentially, the stronger your self-efficacy, the more likely you are to succeed in various aspects of life, whether in academics, work, or personal endeavors.
