Bahram Chobin

Bahram Chobin was a prominent general and statesman in early 7th-century Persia (Persian Empire). Initially a trusted military leader, he rose to high rank but was later dismissed from his position. Feeling betrayed, he rebelled against the reigning king, leading a significant uprising. His rebellion posed a serious threat to the empire, and he managed to temporarily seize power. However, his rule was short-lived, and he was ultimately defeated and killed.
