Baha'i history

The Baha'i Faith originated in the mid-19th century in Persia (now Iran) with the teachings of Bahá'u'lláh, who declared himself the latest prophet in a line that includes Jesus and Muhammad. Baha'is believe in the unity of all religions and humanity, advocating for principles such as equality, justice, and world peace. Following Bahá'u'lláh's imprisonment and exile by Persian authorities, the movement spread globally, establishing communities and institutions dedicated to social and spiritual development. Today, the Baha'i Faith is represented in over 190 countries, emphasizing the importance of diversity and the interconnectedness of all people.
