Baduk
Baduk, also known as Go, is an ancient strategic board game originating in East Asia. Played on a 19x19 grid, two players use black and white stones to claim territory and surround their opponent’s stones. The goal is to control more area on the board than the opponent by skillfully placing stones to create secure groups and eliminate threats. The game emphasizes strategic thinking, positional judgment, and balance between offense and defense. Despite its simple rules, Baduk offers near-infinite complexity, making it a deeply engaging challenge for players of all skill levels.
