Azo dyeing process

Azo dyeing involves applying dyes that contain azo groups (nitrogen double-bonded to nitrogen) to textiles or other materials. These dyes are synthesized through chemical reactions and are prized for their vibrant colors and stability. During the dyeing process, the fabric is immersed in a dye bath where the azo dyes chemically bond to the fibers, often through reduction and oxidation steps.
