ATT

ATT, or Average Treatment Effect, is a statistical measure used to estimate the average impact of a specific intervention or treatment across a population. It helps determine how much an outcome changes, on average, when a treatment is applied compared to when it isn’t. For example, in healthcare, ATT might measure how much a new medication improves patient health on average. It provides valuable insight for policymakers and researchers to assess the effectiveness of interventions and guide decision-making based on expected outcomes for the population.
