Astrophysical objects
Astrophysical objects are celestial bodies and structures in the universe studied in astrophysics. They include stars—massive, glowing spheres of hot gases that produce light and heat; planets—rocky or gaseous bodies orbiting stars; moons—bodies that orbit planets; black holes—regions of space with gravity so strong that nothing can escape; nebulae—vast clouds of gas and dust where stars form; and galaxies—massive systems containing billions of stars and other matter. These objects reveal the universe's composition, evolution, and the physical laws governing cosmic phenomena.
