Asarfi Mahal

Asarfi Mahal is a historic building located in the Indian city of Fatehpur Sikri, built during the reign of Emperor Akbar in the 16th century. It served as a royal guesthouse and reception hall, where important visitors and dignitaries were welcomed. The architecture features intricate marble work, arches, and grand halls, reflecting Mughal design. The name “Asarfi” comes from the silver (asaar) used in decorations, symbolizing wealth and hospitality.
