Army Reserve
The Army Reserve is a component of the armed forces that allows citizens to serve in military roles while maintaining civilian careers or education. Reservists typically undergo training one weekend a month and complete an annual training period. They can be called to active duty during emergencies, natural disasters, or military operations, providing crucial support to the regular Army. This structure allows the military to have a larger force pool without maintaining a full-time army, ensuring readiness and flexibility while allowing individuals to contribute to national defense alongside their civilian lives.
