Armed Forces of India
The Armed Forces of India consist of three branches: the Army, Navy, and Air Force, tasked with defending the country’s sovereignty, maintaining peace, and assisting in emergencies. The Army handles land-based operations, protecting borders and countering threats. The Navy defends India's maritime interests, secures sea lanes, and projects power across oceans. The Air Force provides aerial defense, strategic air operations, and support to ground forces. Together, they form a unified defense system, trained to respond to a variety of security challenges, ensuring national safety and sovereignty across land, sea, and air domains.
