Arm Lift (Brachioplasty)

An arm lift, or brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin and fat from the upper arms to create a more toned and contoured appearance. It is often performed after significant weight loss or with aging when skin loses elasticity. The surgeon makes an incision along the underside of the arm, from the underarm to the elbow, and removes surplus tissue before tightening the remaining skin. Results include smoother, firmer arms, but the procedure involves a recovery period and scarring along the incision line. It can significantly enhance self-confidence by improving arm shape.
