Argument from Design

The Argument from Design suggests that the complexity, order, and purpose found in the universe and living things imply the existence of an intelligent designer, often called God. Just as a watch’s intricate mechanism indicates a watchmaker, the natural world’s elaborate systems—like ecosystems and the human body—point to a purposeful creator. This reasoned inference proposes that the universe’s fine-tuning and complexity are unlikely to be random, leading many to conclude that they are best explained by a deliberate designing intelligence.
