Architecture des États-Unis

The U.S. government’s architecture is a federal system with three key branches: the legislative, executive, and judicial. The legislative branch (Congress) makes laws, consisting of the House of Representatives and the Senate. The executive branch (President and agencies) enforces laws and manages government functions. The judicial branch (Supreme Court and lower courts) interprets laws and ensures they comply with the Constitution. These branches operate independently but are balanced through a system of checks and balances, preventing any one branch from gaining too much power and ensuring accountability within the federal government.
