Arbitrators
Arbitrators are neutral third parties who help resolve disputes outside of the court system. When two parties cannot agree on an issue—such as in business or legal matters—they may choose to have an arbitrator make a binding decision. The process is typically less formal and quicker than a court trial. Both parties present their cases to the arbitrator, who evaluates the evidence and arguments before making a final decision. This method is often used because it can be more cost-effective and allows for more control over the resolution process.
