Arbitration and Conciliation

Arbitration and conciliation are methods to resolve disputes outside traditional courts. Arbitration involves both parties agreeing to submit their dispute to one or more impartial arbitrators who review the evidence and make a binding decision, similar to a court ruling but usually more private and faster. Conciliation, on the other hand, is a voluntary process where a neutral conciliator assists the parties in negotiating a mutually acceptable solution. While arbitration results in a decision similar to a judgment, conciliation aims to help the parties reach an agreeable settlement without imposed rulings. Both methods foster efficient and confidential dispute resolution.
