Arbitration Advocacy

Arbitration advocacy involves representing and presenting a party’s case in an arbitration, which is a private dispute resolution process outside courts. An arbitration advocate, often a lawyer, argues on behalf of their client, submitting evidence, referring to relevant laws or contract terms, and making persuasive statements to help the arbitrator (the decision-maker) understand and evaluate the case. The goal is to effectively communicate the client's position to achieve a fair and favorable outcome, much like a specialized form of legal advocacy tailored to arbitration procedures instead of court litigation.
