arbitral tribunals

An arbitral tribunal is a panel of one or more neutral experts who resolve disputes outside of courts through arbitration. When two parties cannot agree on an issue, they often choose arbitration, where the tribunal reviews evidence, hears arguments, and makes a binding decision. This process is typically faster and more flexible than court litigation. The tribunal's role is to ensure a fair resolution based on the agreed rules, and their decision, called an arbitration award, is usually final and enforceable by law.
