
Arahat
An Arahat is a person who has achieved the highest spiritual liberation in Buddhism, attaining full enlightenment and freeing themselves from suffering and the cycle of rebirth. Through deep meditation, ethical conduct, and understanding of the true nature of reality, they have completely eradicated attachment, craving, and ignorance. An Arahat lives with wisdom, compassion, and inner peace, serving as an example of spiritual realization. This state is seen as the culmination of diligent practice on the Buddhist path, representing the ideal of human spiritual potential.
