Appeal Court
An Appeal Court is a higher court that reviews decisions made by lower courts to ensure they were correct and fair. If a party believes there was an error in how a case was decided, they can ask the Appeal Court to reconsider. The court examines whether the law was applied properly and whether the procedures were followed correctly. It may uphold, modify, or reverse the original decision. Appeal Courts do not usually re-examine the facts of the case but focus on legal issues, ensuring justice and consistent application of the law.
