Aouda

Aouda is a character from Jules Verne's novel "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea." She is an Indian princess who becomes a hostage in her own country after her family is overthrown. The main characters, the submarine captain Nemo and his crew, rescue her and take her aboard their submarine.
