Antitheism
Antitheism is the stance that actively opposes or rejects the belief in any deity or gods. Unlike atheism, which simply lacks belief, antitheism often involves a position that deities do not exist and may critique religious practices, institutions, or ideas about divine beings. It can stem from philosophical, ethical, or scientific reasons, emphasizing that belief in gods is unnecessary, harmful, or unsupported by evidence. Antitheists advocate for a worldview without the influence of religious doctrines and often promote secular or human-centered values.
