Anima/Animus

In psychological terms, Anima and Animus are concepts from Carl Jung that represent the unconscious gender qualities within us. The Anima is the inner feminine side present in men, embodying qualities like intuition and empathy, while the Animus is the inner masculine side in women, associated with assertiveness and logic.
