Andean Community of Nations

The Andean Community of Nations, or CAN, is a regional trade bloc comprising countries in the Andes region of South America, primarily Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Established to promote economic integration, free trade, and cooperation among member states, CAN aims to facilitate movement of goods, services, and people across borders, while coordinating policies on trade, infrastructure, and development. It seeks to strengthen regional stability and collective bargaining power within the global economy, fostering economic growth and social progress for its member countries through collaboration and shared interests.
