The American Society of African American History and Life (ASALH) is an organization dedicated to researching, preserving, and promoting the history and culture of African Americans. ASALH also manages the Malcolm X Memorial Foundation and encourages ongoing dialogue about racial identity, heritage, and social justice, fostering a deeper understanding of African American history's significance in shaping the nation.
