Amarnath Lingam
The Amarnath Lingam is a natural ice stalagmite located inside the Amarnath Cave in Jammu and Kashmir, India. It forms annually due to the freezing of water droplets in the cave and is regarded as a sacred symbol of Lord Shiva in Hindu tradition. Pilgrims undertake a pilgrimage to see the ice Lingam, which increases in size during the summer months and melts in winter. The Lingam represents divine energy and is central to religious rituals, embodying the mystical and spiritual significance of Shiva's presence in the sacred cave.
