Alternative Markets

Alternative markets are financial platforms or venues outside traditional stock exchanges where investors can buy and sell assets. These include markets like over-the-counter (OTC) trading, cryptocurrency exchanges, and private equity markets. They often offer access to unique or less regulated investment opportunities, such as cryptocurrencies, collectibles, or private company shares. Because they are less centralized, they may carry different risks and less liquidity than traditional markets. Alternative markets can help diversify an investment portfolio and tap into emerging or niche asset classes that aren't available on major stock exchanges.
