Alliance for Global NTDs

The Alliance for Global NTDs is a global partnership dedicated to ending neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), which are a group of parasitic and bacterial infections affecting over a billion people, primarily in impoverished communities. The alliance brings together governments, organizations, researchers, and donors to coordinate efforts in funding, research, and implementation of treatments and prevention strategies. Its goal is to eliminate NTDs as public health problems by increasing access to medicines, improving sanitation, and raising awareness—ultimately improving health and quality of life for vulnerable populations worldwide.
