Allegra (fexofenadine)

Allegra (fexofenadine) is an allergy medication that helps relieve symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and hives. It works by blocking a substance called histamine in your body, which causes allergy symptoms. Allegra is non-drowsy, so it usually doesn’t make you sleepy.
